What do the Doctor and River do on their day off, when there's no world to save and no monsters to chase?
River whistled and cheered, she clapped her hands.
The Doctor preened and flourished his weapon. The crowds were loud and boisterous, and the Doctor had the hugest grin on his face.
River loved him like this, relaxed, concentrated, focused, intent, and smiling. The Alpha Centurian beside her clicked all six claws in approval and swiveled its one large eye toward her as River bounced and yelled encouragement.

Two Boys
Two boys ran.
Their laughter an everlasting melody ,
That filled the air with such content.
Their pure heads bobbed along the long strands of grass.
Their young eyes wandered up to the sky,
As they reach up to the twin suns.
They were so beautiful.
Their beauty would make you cry,
Their innocence would make you smile,

We were so jealous.
Their laughter would make your skin tingle with envy,
Their happiness would make you burn with hatred.

Also took about 2-ish minutes to write, mostly because I already had a huge list of alphabetized adjectives at my disposal. What I really need is a better H, O, and T (and don't say "Hot" for H, 'cause it's not very original, and I kind of covered that with "Sexy"), so if you come up with something better please leave a comment.

I think 'Tender' is actually a very appropriate adjective, although he wasn't always.. I also adore Haunted as H, although Haughty is appropriate for all regenerations when Haunted isn't.
